Описание

Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Engage with key stakeholders to align project requirements, describe business processes, and deliver functional and technical specifications. Hands-on ABAP Engineering: Develop, test, and implement custom ABAP programs, enhancements (BAdIs/User Exits), and optimization routines to tailor the SAP ERP environment to unique business needs. Testing & Quality Assurance: Create, execute, and secure stakeholder validation for System Integration Tests (SIT) and User Acceptance Tests (UAT). Integration with external system: To gather user requirement and design technical interfaces between SAP modules and external system. External Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Headquarters (HQ) IT teams and external integration vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. Support & Competency Building: Act as an expert escalation point for application maintenance, manage complex system incidents, and cross-train legacy ERP experts to build long-term internal SAP competencies. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong communication and soft skills, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs, synthesize project progress/blockers, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Experience working on configuration / development with one of the SAP functional modules (FICO, MM, SD, WM).
