As a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, you will play a key role in supporting analytics initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making. Client Details Our client is a professional organization undertaking business and technology transformation initiatives. The team works closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver process improvements and system enhancements across the business. Description Build and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Act as a liaison between business teams and technology teams to ensure clear and efficient communication. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment with project objectives. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into clear functional specifications. Work closely with developers, testers, and project stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered accurately. Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization. Propose technology-driven solutions to improve business operations and efficiency. Support change management activities and help stakeholders adapt to new systems and processes. Participate in project planning, progress monitoring, and status reporting activities. Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to mitigation planning. Support the successful delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
