As we are expanding our team, we’re looking for a Lead Data Scientist to lead our small but growing Data Science team and help us make a real difference in the Fintech industry. About the role myPOS is building a high-impact Data Science function to power the intelligence layer of one of Europe’s fastest-growing payment and commerce platforms. As a Lead Data Scientist , you will set the standards for how we build, validate and ship models, and help the team partner effectively with business stakeholders from Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Risk and Compliance teams. You will take churn, customer lifecycle management, cross-sell / upsell, and customer behavior (for fraud detection and risk management) models into production and deliver measurable improvements for customers and the business.
