Build and evolve high-throughput systems that must perform reliably under real-world load. Improve system performance, reliability, and fault tolerance through profiling, debugging, and architectural refinement. Contribute to modernisation of existing systems, including decomposition of legacy components into scalable services. Collaborate with product, QA, and engineers to scope, prioritise, and deliver features. Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of less experienced team members.
