Описание

You will manage and develop engineering talent, set clear goals, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable cloud services. You'll foster collaboration and drive strategic improvements in automation and reliability. Bring Hands-on engineering experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions into production — not just models in isolation, but complete, deployable systems. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with practical experience profiling, transforming, and validating enterprise data. A track record of taking AI or ML solutions from idea through data validation, prototyping, testing, and deployment into operational support. Sound understanding of machine learning methods, statistical analysis, model evaluation, and modern AI application patterns. Experience building or supporting AI applications, intelligent workflows, copilots, or agent-based solutions is a strong advantage. The ability to structure ambiguous problems quickly and make sound technical decisions under uncertainty. Strong communication skills — you can explain technical trade-offs and data limitations clearly to non-technical stakeholders and governance partners.
