JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a resourceful and technically adept Software Engineer/Prompt Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software and/or AI solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in collaborating across teams, driving agile development practices, and ensuring scalable and maintainable systems. By delivering robust solutions and adhering to RWS development standards, this role contributes directly to RWS’s strategic goals of digital transformation, improved customer experience, and accelerated delivery of innovative technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITES (JOB REQUIREMENTS) 1 Solution Design & Development 2 Design and develop high-quality software and/or AI solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. 3 Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals. 4 Study information needs and system workflows by collaborating with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to design effective software solutions. 1 Testing & Deployment 2 Test and deploy software systems by preparing system specifications and adhering to design standards to ensure reliable and scalable solutions. 3 Prepare deployment plans and execute releases to deliver functional systems that meet performance expectations. 1 Documentation & Demonstration 2 Document solutions using
