The organization prides itself on a collaborative and high-performance culture that encourages professional growth and innovation. about the job: Joining a dedicated platform engineering division, this individual contributor position acts as the principal subject matter expert and senior technical anchor for the enterprise's DevOps infrastructure ecosystem. The role focuses on ensuring peak system availability, resilience, security, and operational reliability across hybrid environments, while driving automation and technology lifecycle initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Oversee the core infrastructure supporting the DevOps ecosystem—including OpenShift container environments, virtual machines, cloud landing zones, and web middleware platforms. Drive continuous platform optimization and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption. Serve as the senior technical escalation point to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve platform incidents, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to restore peak operations swiftly and maintain service-level agreements. Plan and execute infrastructure refresh cycles, obsolescence remediation, vulnerability management, patching schedules, and SSL renewals.
