We're looking for a Senior Insurance Technology Consultant to join our team in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław, or Warsaw, Poland, in a hybrid working mode. As part of EPAM's growing Insurance Business Unit, you will work in a high-visibility, client-facing role that drives AI and cloud transformation programs for leading insurance organizations. This position offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes, deliver strategic technology solutions and shape EPAM’s presence in the Polish and European insurance markets. Responsibilities Engage C-level stakeholders to define technology and AI transformation strategies for insurance clients across Europe Lead executive workshops, architecture reviews and strategic advisory sessions Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-value narratives for diverse audiences Validate and shape AI-powered solution strategies on enterprise cloud platforms Drive AI transformation initiatives, including adoption of GenAI tooling and developer productivity solutions Recommend cloud architecture patterns aligned with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DORA and Solvency II Enable internal AI capabilities, including GenAI enablement programs and ROI measurement frameworks Support business development activities and identify new opportunities in European and Po
