About Us 1M Technology is a regional technology group managing high-growth digital platforms across multiple markets. We operate with a lean, high-trust team and move fast. The Role Lead the planning, analysis, design and delivery of software products by bridging business requirements with technical execution. You will work closely with engineering teams to design secure, scalable and high-performance systems, and make informed product decisions that balance business needs, technical constraints and long-term maintainability. What You Will Do Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications. Define product vision, feature priorities, user stories, acceptance criteria and product roadmaps. Lead project planning, delivery schedules, resource coordination and risk management. Work with software architects and engineering teams to design secure, scalable and maintainable solutions. Analyse system workflows, APIs, databases, integrations and technical dependencies. Coordinate Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, UI/UX and Infrastructure teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Review solution designs for security, scalability, reliability and operational readiness. Support testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning and production deployment.
