Unleash innovation through user-centric design & research — redefine cybersecurity experiences! Krakow-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, allowing up to 4 remote days per week. As a Senior UX/UI Research & Design Specialist – Cybersecurity , you will be working for our client, a leader in cybersecurity solutions dedicated to enhancing user experience and protection on a global scale. You will focus on user research and problem understanding to craft intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences for a worldwide network of users. This role offers a unique chance to drive meaningful innovation at the intersection of user needs and cybersecurity technology. Your main responsibilities: Design, plan, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to gather deep insights. Analyze user behaviors, pain points, and needs, translating research findings into actionable design improvements. Develop research protocols, scripts, and questions to extract meaningful insights and validate user personas. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize research activities aligned with project goals and timelines. Define problem statements based on research insights to foster a shared understanding among cross-functional teams. Create journey maps, user flows, and empathy maps to illustrate user experiences and surface friction points.
