Are you an experienced graphic designer eager to shape the future of AI? Large-scale language and vision models are rapidly evolving, and their ability to understand visual creativity depends on high-quality training data. With your design expertise, tomorrow’s AI can learn to recognize layout principles, evaluate visual hierarchy, interpret color theory, and understand the creative decision-making that drives exceptional design. That training data begins with you—your professional insights will help power the next generation of AI. We’re looking for a highly skilled graphic design professional with deep experience in visual communication, layout design, color systems, and creative concept development. You’ll collaborate with advanced AI tools, review model-generated design content, and provide expert feedback on accuracy, style, usability, and adherence to design principles across both print and digital formats. On a typical day, you will analyze AI-generated graphics, evaluate composition and visual reasoning, annotate design errors, assess typography and color usage, and collaborate with our team to refine prompts, evaluation processes, and design quality guidelines. Fluency with industry-standard design software is required, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Adobe XD or Figma for UI/UX-related work is valuable, and familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics is a plus. Additional skills in social media content cre
