About the Offer We are currently looking for an Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM) to join the team of our client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us. You will join an ongoing Identity & Access Management project that is part of a larger IAM program. The role centres on onboarding and cleaning up access groups, user accounts and service accounts in SailPoint IdentityIQ, working closely with stakeholders from both Business and IT. Key Details: Rate: Up to 141 PLN / hour Work Model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week at the Gdańsk office preferred; remote work can be considered Location: Gdańsk: remote is also possible Start: As soon as possible Responsibilities Access review and analysis Review and analyze application security and user access management. Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive or unnecessary user permissions. Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements. Stakeholder coordination Engage and facilitate dialogue with business stakeholders, application managers and system providers to gather the information needed for appropriate actions. Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders. Work with RACF/IAM subject matter experts and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations. Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IIQ and the cleanup of access groups, user access and service
