Responsibilities Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture · Define enterprise cloud and infrastructure strategy. · Establish reference architectures, standards, and governance frameworks. · Design hybrid infrastructure solutions covering: o Microsoft Azure o AWS o Private Cloud o VMware/Nutanix Platforms o Data Centre Infrastructure o Container Platforms · Develop and approve: o High-Level Designs (HLD) o Low-Level Designs (LLD) o Technical Design Reviews o Migration Roadmaps · Ensure solutions meet requirements for: o Scalability o Availability o Security o Performance o Disaster Recovery o Compliance Technical Leadership & Escalation Authority · Serve as the highest engineering escalation point (L4/L5). · Lead the resolution of critical infrastructure and cloud incidents. · Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents. · Drive permanent corrective actions and service improvements. · Provide technical mentoring to: o Technical Leads o Senior Engineers o Cloud Engineers o Infrastructure Engineers · Establish engineering best practices and technical standards. Cloud Platform Engineering Lead engineering and governance across: Microsoft Azure · Landing Zones · Virtual Machines · Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) · Azure Networking · Azure Security Centre · Azure Backup &Site Recovery · Identity & Access Management Amazon Web Services (AWS) · EC2 · VPC · EKS · IAM · Storage Services · Security Services Cloud Governance · Cost optimisation · Resource tagging · Policy management
