Role Overview: Industry: Security. Developing a new version of a platform for facility and personal security systems (fire detection and suppression). NET Core 7, Azure, Terraform, Docker, Linux, Atlassian Stack. Team Size: Up to 10 people (Poland + collaboration with colleagues from Western Europe). Work Model: Hybrid – 80% On-site / 20% Remote (Office located in South Krakow). Salary (Regular - Senior): 16 000 – 21 000 – 25 000 PLN gross/month (Employment Contract / UoP) with 90% Tax Deductible Expenses (PKUP) + Benefits Package. Company: IT / Technology, 5,000+ employees. Key NET 7. The product is a Gateway integrated with fire protection hardware manufactured in-house. C# services handle critical logic, such as automated notifications to fire departments or emergency services. NET 7 running under Linux OS. Writing unit and integration tests, managing CI/CD pipelines, developing new features, and handling system maintenance (approx. 70/30 ratio). Working within a cross-border team (Krakow – Western Europe) in the same time zone, using Agile methodologies. Requirements Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in C#. Proven background in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS). Experience with Docker on Linux is a strong plus. Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, Electronics, or related fields). P
