We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at EPAM Systems in Poland. This position offers a hybrid work model — combining remote work with 3 days per week from one of our EPAM offices located in Kraków, Wrocław, or Gdańsk . Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Java-based backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven services to support complex business requirements Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in code quality, security, and performance Participate in code reviews, providing constructive fe
