Elevate your career in the dynamic world of financial services by becoming a Transfer Agency Business Analyst with proven Multifonds expertise! Warszawa-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week). As a senior-level Business Analyst, you will work for a leading global financial institution dedicated to transforming Securities Services operations. You will join a dedicated team focused on modernizing Transfer Agency processes through innovative use of Temenos Multifonds and Workflow & Exception Monitor (WEM) capabilities. This role offers an exciting chance to leverage your hands-on Multifonds experience to challenge current practices, implement best-in-class solutions, and drive operational excellence. Your main responsibilities: Analyze current Transfer Agency processes to identify areas for enhancement Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Temenos Multifonds and WEM, providing practical insights Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements Translate operational needs into precise functional specifications for IT delivery Support the implementation and continuous optimization of Multifonds solutions Recommend process improvements aligned with industry best practices Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery Lead testing activities including SIT/UAT to validate solutions Prepare comprehensive functional documentation and support business readiness initiatives Facilitate works
