About the role This role is responsible for supporting the deployment, hosting, maintenance and operational management of cloud-hosted applications, digital products and web platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring platform reliability, security and performance, while supporting cloud operations, application deployments, production support and continuous service improvement activities. Key responsibilities Manage deployment, hosting and operational support of cloud-hosted applications, portals, microsites and digital products Configure, administer and maintain cloud environments to ensure system availability, scalability and performance Support application deployment activities, release management and version control processes Monitor platform health and application performance, investigating and resolving production incidents and service issues Perform software patching, system upgrades, backup and recovery operations Support integration between applications and enterprise systems through REST APIs Implement and maintain security controls, user authentication and access management processes Configure and manage cloud infrastructure resources, storage and supporting platform services Maintain source code repositories, deployment records and platform configuration documentation Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides and operational manuals Work closely with software developers and stakeholders to enhance platform stability and service delivery Conduct knowle
