How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to be passionate about software development and committed to delivering high-quality solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and develop software applications, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your ability to collaborate, innovate, and adapt to changing requirements will be key to your success. What you do Elicit requirements, prioritize, and analyze requests, design technical solutions, workflows and user interfaces, write and review technical specifications and data mapping templates. Work with business analyst and Project manager as well as other internal IT stakeholder to arrive at optimal solutions for the Business with compliances to Bank’s standards, quality, policies, and guidelines Able to translate functional designs and jargon into technical designs. Ensure gaps in deliverables are identified early and addressed effectively Provide SME support to extended IT teams such as core banking, credit, digital and client output. Provide support to architecture committee and project team
