Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated SOFTWARE DEVELOPER to lead our software development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical development, mentoring developers, ensuring software quality, and delivering projects on schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications. Manage and mentor a team of software developers and programmers. Define software architecture and technical standards. Review source code and ensure adherence to coding best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Coordinate project timelines, task allocation, and resource planning. Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation. Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems where required. Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and company policies.
