Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap and investment priorities for Partner Experience products and CDE capabilities. Work with project delivery, estate management, development, operations and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve information flow across the asset lifecycle. Drive the digitalization of design management, construction management, document control, collaboration, handover and operational readiness processes. Establish product strategies that improve information quality, governance, traceability and accessibility across project and operational environments. Prioritise enhancements across document management, workflows, integrations, BIM coordination, digital submissions and reporting capabilities. Translate user needs and business outcomes into a prioritised product backlog, making trade-offs across value, risk, cost, dependencies and delivery constraints. Define adoption metrics, product success measures and value-realisation outcomes, and use evidence to guide product decisions. Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, operations teams and technology partners to align digital delivery objectives. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable and aligned with long-term business objectives. Manage product dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations while enabling incremental delivery and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experience
