Senior Fullstack Engineer / Tech Lead
Project: US Healthcare

About the Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer / Tech Lead to join a project for a US healthcare client. The ideal candidate will take technical ownership of the project, lead a small engineering team, and contribute hands-on to the development of the platform.

Strong Python and Django expertise is required. Angular experience is a plus, and candidates with hands-on Angular development experience are especially welcome.

Responsibilities
  • Take technical ownership of the project and drive key technical decisions.
  • Lead and support a small engineering team.
  • Contribute hands-on to backend and fullstack development.
  • Work with and maintain a large legacy codebase.
  • Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate directly with the US-based client and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings scheduled during the second half of the day CET.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Python and Django.
  • Solid experience with Django REST Framework (DRF).
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.
  • Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience working with large and complex legacy codebases.
  • Previous experience in a tech
