Essential Job Functions: · Lead the end-to-end application packaging lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment, maintenance, and retirement. · Create, customize, and maintain application packages using MSI, EXE, MSIX, PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT), and other enterprise packaging tools. · Package, test, and deploy software applications in modern endpoint management environments. · Perform application compatibility testing across supported Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11. · Develop and maintain packaging standards, technical documentation, and deployment procedures. · Review vendor installation packages and recommend optimal deployment strategies. · Conduct application assessments and validation testing for operating system upgrades and feature updates. · Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PowerShell
