Description

Accountabilities - Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments to support digital manufacturing integration and enterprise system modernization. - Design, build, and optimize interfaces connecting SAP S/4HANA with SAP MII, SAP ME, and other shop-floor manufacturing systems using OData services, CDS Views, and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP). - Develop APIs, integration flows, and side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP, applying clean-core principles and modern SAP extensibility practices. - Create and maintain custom ABAP objects, User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Spots across key manufacturing modules, including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), and Plant Maintenance (PM). - Apply modern SAP development frameworks, including the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), where appropriate. - Lead hands-on code remediation and optimization activities associated with SAP S/4HANA brownfield migrations, resolving legacy-code issues and supporting migration readiness. - Troubleshoot, profile, and tune complex ABAP programs and database queries to ensure reliable, high-performance processing of high-volume, real-time data. - Ensure custom code, integrations, applications, and data structures meet applicable aerospace and defense security requirements, including ITAR-related data segregation and secure cloud standards. - Collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and cus
