Description

Your mission As Matrix42 accelerates its AI and cloud transformation, the VP Cloud is responsible for defining and operating the cloud platform strategy that enables scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient products across the M42 Core, Pro, and Enterprise platforms. Reporting to the CTO, the VP Cloud serves as the senior technology leader for cloud architecture, cloud operations, platform reliability, infrastructure modernization, and cloud financial discipline. The role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Finance, Customer Success, Support, and Technology Leadership to ensure product and infrastructure decisions are technically sound, operationally sustainable, commercially informed, and aligned with Matrix42’s long-term platform strategy. The VP Cloud provides thought leadership and practical guidance on how products and underlying cloud infrastructure should be designed, built, deployed, and operated. This includes evaluating and adopting modern cloud-native technologies, enabling AI-ready platform capabilities, improving automation and operational efficiency, and ensuring that cloud architecture choices support innovation while maintaining strong reliability, security, compliance, and margin-aware cost structures.
