Who You’ll Be Working With: If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you! You will be responsible for the following: Ensuring the reliability, performance, and observability of GCash systems. This individual is responsible for the entire lifecycle of tools used to collect, process, analyze, and visualize telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces) and to support stability initiatives. Your work directly impacts key result areas such as system uptime, mean time to detection (MTTD), mean time to resolution (MTTR), developer productivity, and cost efficiency DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineers with hands-on experience in monitoring solutions, dashboarding, alerting frameworks, deployment automation, and production support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and performance. Ability to collaborate across development, platform, and product teams.
