Aufgaben: Analyse der Alt-Infrastruktur wie GroupWise, eDirectory und AD Konzeption und Aufbau einer hybriden Exchange-Infrastruktur mit Schattenredundanz Implementierung von M365-Sicherheitslösungen wie Defender und Sentinel Backup- und Archivierungsmanagement Durchführung technischer Migrationen Must Haves: Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Exchange Server/Online Fundierte Kenntnisse im Active Directory und Entra ID (Azure AD) Erfahrung in der E-Mail-Security und den entsprechenden Compliance-Anforderungen Mindestens 2 vergleichbare Exchange-Migrationsprojekte Nice to Haves: Zertifizierung als "Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator Associate"
