MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEERING LEAD UP TO £125,000 LONDON This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ML Engineering Manager or technical leader to join a high-growth fintech and take ownership of a growing machine learning engineering function. You'll combine hands-on technical contribution with people leadership, helping scale production ML systems while shaping the future direction of the team. Machine learning forms a critical part of their technology strategy, creating an environment where engineering teams have a direct impact on business outcomes. As the company continues to scale, they are investing in maturing their ML platform and expanding their engineering capabilities.
