Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Lead ArcGIS DevOps Engineer Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, upgrading, and lifecycle management of ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, ArcGIS Server, Data Store, Web Adaptors) Share ownership of platform reliability, performance, security, and scalability, including High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) design Establish and evolve best practices for authentication, authorization, certificate management, and licensing Act as a technical authority for ArcGIS Enterprise in partnership with the other Lead Engineer Design and operate ArcGIS Enterprise on a customized AWS EKS (Kubernetes) platform Define and implement Infrastructure as Code and environment standards (e.g., Terraform, Helm) Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform deployments, upgrades, and configuration management Partner with cloud and platform teams to align on Kubernetes architecture, security, and observability standards Drive an automation-first approach across provisioning, upgrades, scaling, backup, and recovery Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards Contribute to and maintain runbooks, operational docum
