Descripción del puesto / Funciones Support and maintain global infrastructure services (Operating Systems, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Patching) within a transversal team. Manage operations and Level 2 & Level 3 troubleshooting and maintenance for infrastructure and security issues. Apply security best practices, including system hardening, configuration management, vulnerability mitigation, and security enforcement. Implement scripting and automation techniques to standardize, optimize, and control environments. Ensure infrastructure reliability and availability through active monitoring, alerting, and service management. Oversee and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers during major global infrastructure rollouts (Identity, Data Center, and Network programs). Collaborate across teams and regions, partnering with Application, Security, Cloud, and Citrix engineering teams. Propose and implement new processes and operational methods using ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies. Requisitos mínimos Professional Certifications: Microsoft (e.g., MCSA Windows Server), VMware, Linux, Security certifications, or equivalent. Alternative Virtualization Technologies: Nutanix or Proxmox. Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure or AWS environments. Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in corporate environments. Education: Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical ex
