SENIOR APPLICATION PRODUCTION SUPPORT What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced Application Production Support professional responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications in a production environment. You will provide both technical and functional support, manage application releases, monitor system performance, and contribute to service excellence through incident prevention, automation, and operational efficiency. Working closely with development and infrastructure teams, you will play a key role in maintaining service continuity and enhancing user experience. What You Will Do on a Daily Basis Act as the first point of contact for IT Production-related incidents, requests, problems, and operational enquiries. Provide technical and functional support to users, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Monitor application and infrastructure layers to ensure service availability, stability, and performance. Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes through ITSM processes while ensuring agreed service levels are met. Coordinate and manage application releases, deployments, migrations, and production changes.
