Job Description NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our talented team supporting Federal mission systems. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience developing secure, scalable applications across the .NET and Java technology stacks. This role requires a developer who can work across the full software development lifecycle — from design and development through deployment and support — while collaborating closely with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet Federal performance and security standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain web applications and services using C#, .NET Core/Framework, Java, and Spring Boot Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for integration across enterprise systems Build and maintain responsive, dynamic front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs and deliverables Support modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures using Azure or AWS Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, maintainable code Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement of development processes Maintain compliance with federal cybersecurity and quality assurance s
