Overview Platform Infrastructure Engineer 📍 Brazil | 🌐 Remote About the Role As a Platform Infrastructure Engineer at Hyland, you'll design, standardize, and continuously improve the core infrastructure platforms that support our enterprise applications, operational services, and business-critical environments. You'll bring technical leadership to operating systems, virtual machine templates, monitoring and observability platforms, database infrastructure, and automation frameworks — turning operational needs into scalable, reliable, and supportable platform standards. This is a role for a strategic, security-conscious infrastructure professional who creates clarity through documentation, drives consistency through automation, and thrives on solving complex platform challenges.
