As our primary in-house client advocate, the Business Analyst works closely with the stakeholders, technical team, and SMEs to lead and facilitate discussions to understand the client's needs, ask clarifying questions, discuss alternative scenarios, and turn them into requirements. Once the requirements are captured, the Business Analyst will work closely with our technical team (product owners, project manager, development manager, and technical lead) to help design and develop a solution to meet the client's requirements. Throughout the project's life, the Business Analyst's primary responsibility is representing the client and ensuring all deliverables align with the project's vision.
