Develops and executes test strategies for AI-driven voice interactions. Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects to resolution. Builds and maintains automated test frameworks to improve efficiency.
Analyzes user feedback and telemetry data to prioritize quality enhancements. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence.
