Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead – AI-Driven Development We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Senior .NET Developer / Tech Lead to contribute to the development and optimization of a scalable business platform. The role combines hands-on .NET development, technical leadership, and AI-driven engineering. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, ensuring code quality, conducting code reviews, coaching developers, and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications. The team embraces an AI-native approach, leveraging tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI agents to generate, test, and refactor code while maintaining high standards of architecture, security, and quality. NET and Azure. Experience with Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools. Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, RabbitMQ, and MassTransit. Familiarity with GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Marten, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset. Ability to lead technical discussions, review code, and mentor developers. Professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
