In this role, you will ensure system stability, resolve incidents, support deployments, and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiency and service reliability. Responsibilities Monitor and support production and pre-production environments. Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions. Execute and support application deployments through CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and database-related issues. Maintain operational document
