As a Lead Platform Engineer, Property Technology, you will bring your blend of technical skills and product passion to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Software Engineering Property Platform team, reporting to the Director Software Engineering, you will lead the delivery of enterprise programs and platform enhancements for Prodigy, a cohesive in-house commercial services web application. Prodigy supports both above-property corporate teams and on-property hotel team members. What you'll do during a typical day: Create technical requirements to deliver new features and capabilities that support enterprise capabilities and platform enhancements Break-down complex workflows into unified application experiences Transform solution and network diagrams, swagger definitions, and REST API integrations into clear requirements and business process flows that bring capabilities to life Collaborate daily with Business Product Owners, UI Engineers, and Designers in an agile environment to challenge current processes and deliver features and requirements Lead other Business Analysts by encouraging a culture of ideation, accountability, collabor
