About the Team OpenAI's Global Affairs team works to ensure that artificial intelligence benefits people, communities, and countries around the world. We engage with policymakers, institutions, and stakeholders to help shape the policies and partnerships that enable AI to expand economic opportunity, accelerate innovation, and deliver broad public benefits. A critical part of this work is understanding how people are using AI and translating those insights into credible, evidence-based analysis that can inform public policy, strengthen public understanding, and demonstrate the real-world applications of AI. About the Role We are seeking an Analytics Manager to help Global Affairs develop and communicate data-driven insights into how people and businesses are using ChatGPT, with a particular focus on local and regional trends across the United States and other priority markets. In this role, you will analyze privacy-protective, aggregated usage data to identify meaningful patterns in AI adoption and use. You'll explore how people are using AI to work, learn, create, build businesses, and solve everyday problems, translating complex datasets into accessible insights that support policy development, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and public education.
