Description

Accountabilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java and modern software development frameworks. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA. - Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, leveraging technologies such as OAuth2 and JSON Web Tokens (JWT). - Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code in accordance with established coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices. - Collaborate with solution architects on technical designs, architecture decisions, and the implementation of scalable software solutions. - Develop and maintain unit tests using JUnit, participate in peer code reviews, and apply static code analysis to ensure software quality and reliability. - Diagnose and resolve software defects, memory management issues, multithreading challenges, synchronization problems, and performance bottlenecks. - Design and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, and data access layers to improve application efficiency and responsiveness. - Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support application requirements, data integrity, and scalability. - Collaborate with QA engineers to validate functionality, resolve defects, and ensure the delivery of robust applications. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while coordinating effectivel
