Your next stop: We are looking for a Business Owner to take ownership of the Decision Experience area and develop solutions that support customers when they are choosing an offer. This role combines business, operational and technology perspectives, with a focus on process optimisation, the quality of the data presented and the effectiveness of lead generation. What lis ahead on your journey Developing and optimising the Decision Experience area, which is responsible for presenting offers and supporting lead generation, Ensuring that the offer selection process is as intuitive as possible for customers and free of technical barriers, Overseeing the quality, completeness and consistency of the data presented on the website, Monitoring application performance, identifying issues and coordinating corrective actions, Analysing the root causes of errors and initiating actions to prevent them from recurring, Defining business requirements and working with IT teams and Product Owners to deliver improvements, Evaluating the impact of implemented changes against business goals and user experience,
