Responsibilities Act as the go-to technical advisor for the client on Braze, partnering with Product Managers, BAs/POs and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Ensure solutions are cohesive, scalable and reusable across use cases Provide early-stage sizing and estimation for new initiatives and operate effectively where requirements are not fully defined Shape delivery iteratively rather than waiting for full definition and enable faster prioritisation decisions, realistic scoping and clear technical trade-offs Provide clear, actionable guidance on how to achieve business outcomes technically and recommend approaches and trade-offs between implementation options Operate with lightweight solution design and minimal but effective documentation, using strong verbal and collabor
