Description

Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to drive delivery and coordination one of our teams with a multi-team project. The Projet Lead ensures smooth execution across streams, aligns stakeholders, and enables the team to deliver high-quality outcomes in an agile environment. Lead day-to-day delivery of the project team and keep it aligned with other workstreams and the overall plan. Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and blockers. Act as central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and reporting. g. PI objectives, releases). Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams and drive continuous improvement of team processes. Support backlog refinement and ensure clarity of business requirements. Qualifications Strong experience in IT project delivery (ideally in complex, multi-stream environments). g. Scrum, SAFe). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and resolve issues. Good understanding of business analysis / requirements engineering. Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style.
