Role overview The Head of Production requires a comprehensive understanding of how digital agencies deliver successful digital projects to produce high-quality outcomes for clients and users, on time and within budget. With at least 8 year's experience in a senior digital production and client-facing role, you will lead the Production and Resource Management teams, providing direction, mentoring and support across the wider business. You will play a key role in maintaining delivery standards, resolving challenges and ensuring projects remain aligned to client expectations, timelines and budgets. As the senior representative of the Production team, you will contribute to new business and business development activities, working closely with the CTO, CCO, Client Services and department leaders to scope, plan and estimate project proposals. You will bring experience working within Agile environments, supporting teams through the creation of project backlogs and functional specifications while collaborating with strategy, production, design and development teams. You will oversee the delivery of projects across their full lifecycle, monitoring progress
