About Ace Waves AI is rebuilding customer service from the ground up. The team works at the intersection of customer engineering and AI product management. It builds complex agent workflows and integrations that change how companies run support at global scale. What you’ll do Build, maintain and continuously improve production-grade multi-agent AI systems running in live customer support at scale. Lead or join client workshops to map support processes and turn them into executable agent procedures.
