The work The Portal System Administrator supports the development and administration of web‑based applications that enable government agencies to deliver services online. This role provides technical support for building customer service platforms, developing site concepts and interfaces, and architecting web solutions. The administrator implements integrations between web interfaces and backend systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable access for users.
