Description: On-site in Durham, NC Our client seeks a Business Analyst to provide coverage during a leave period and support healthcare initiatives. The analyst will elicit and document requirements, collaborate with project teams, and contribute to business readiness activities. The role involves facilitating large meetings, writing functional requirements and user stories, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and traceability. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Develop and elicit requirements for departmental and some corporate projects and prepare business and functional requirements. Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Collaborate with project teams to adhere to solution scope and maintain requirements traceability. Support and execute business readiness activities including communication plans for technology, process, and people changes.
