Description: Hybrid depends on location and important meetings in either Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX Our client, an industry leader in banking and financial services, has an excellent opportunity for an SRE, Tech Lead to work on a full-time opportunity. Work will be a hybrid in Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ. The SRE, Tech Lead will join our Enterprise Observability and Site Reliability Engineering team. This role is responsible for improving the reliability, availability, performance, and operational excellence of critical enterprise platforms and applications. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering and infrastructure expertise with a passion for automation, observability, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with application development, cloud engineering, infrastructure, security, and production support teams to establish reliability standards, implement monitoring strategies, and drive proactive risk reduction across the technology landscape. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.
