About the assignment We are looking for an experienced consultant specializing in the testing and test automation of mobile applications to join our test team, which focuses on the development of handheld products and their associated applications. You will play a key role in the quality assurance of our Android- and iOS-based applications. The position involves close collaboration with test leads, test engineers, developers, and product owners to ensure high quality throughout the entire development process. The work takes place in an international environment, involving interaction with several different development teams. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for mobile applications (Android and iOS) Perform functional, regression, and system testing Troubleshoot and analyze test results, and report any issues or discrepancies Create and maintain test cases and test documentation Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methods and processes Work on test automation within CI/CD pipelines, in collaboration with our DevOps team Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure testability and quality Participate in requirements reviews, sprint planning, and quality-related activities.
