Accountabilities - Technical Architecture and Direction: Own the architecture and technical direction of core platform domains, establishing scalable modular boundaries, event-driven workflows, and foundations for AI-enabled capabilities. - Hands-on Engineering: Dedicate approximately 60–80% of your time to designing, coding, reviewing, debugging, and pairing on complex technical challenges across Laravel, PHP, Next.js, and cloud environments. - Cross-Team Technical Leadership: Work across multiple product squads to resolve complex engineering problems, lead technical discovery, and deliver high-impact initiatives that span teams and systems. - Engineering Standards: Define, document, and promote architectural principles, coding standards, and development patterns that improve system reliability, maintainability, security, and observability. - Quality Engineering and Delivery: Champion shift-left testing, robust test strategies, CI/CD improvements, regression control, and production monitoring to ensure consistent software quality and reliable releases. - Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Guide senior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, code reviews, pairing sessions, and constructive feedback, empowering them to take ownership of systems and technical decisions. - Innovation and AI Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies, including generative AI workflows, AI agents, data pipelines, and tools such as Vertex AI, helping teams adopt practical solu
