This role requires 5 days on site in downtown Washington, DC Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead backlog management and help drive the delivery of enterprise technology solutions in an Agile environment. This individual will serve as the connection between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities. The role requires strong backlog ownership, stakeholder management, Agile delivery experience, and the ability to use product and delivery metrics to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously refine the product backlog, prioritizing work based on business value, product goals, dependencies, and delivery needs. Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done . Lead or participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, address blockers, and maintain delivery momentum. Support testing and validation to ensure completed work meets requirements and acceptance criteria. Serve as the primary day-to-day connection between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Facilitate stakeholder discussions, gather feedback, manage competing priorities, and communicate product and sprint progress.
